Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training)

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real nursing workflows
• Review and annotate healthcare scenarios, EHR documentation examples, and clinical decision pathways
• Identify errors, unsafe recommendations, or unrealistic outputs in AI-generated nursing content
• Provide structured, expert feedback using clear rubrics and written notes
• Translate your hands-on clinical knowledge into actionable insights that improve AI quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing practice standards
• Able to evaluate content critically and communicate feedback clearly in writing
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• No prior AI experience required - your nursing expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
• Background in data annotation, quality review, or clinical auditing
• Familiarity with informatics frameworks or clinical decision support systems
