Job Description

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics seeks a Sales Consultant for the Foot & Ankle division in Minnesota. The role involves building and managing surgeon relationships, selling the F&A product portfolio, providing clinical support during cases, and achieving territory sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in F&A product portfolio and competitive offerings; educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper utilization
• Identify and convert new accounts while expanding sales with existing customers in assigned territory
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key evaluators; provide intraoperative case support
• Collaborate with regional leadership on business planning, market strategy, and financial targets; manage inventory and promotional materials
• Achieve sales quotas and business plan objectives while handling administrative duties and invoicing accurately

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and orthopedic/trauma/F&A experience
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in hospital settings
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and independent work capabilities
• Willingness to relocate to assigned Minnesota territory and travel as needed
• Commitment to legal, ethical, and compliance standards
