Your responsibilities will include ensuring the residence is adequately staffed and arranging substitute coverage when necessary. Join our team and be a part of a collaborative and supportive environment where your problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach will truly make a difference.Requirements for this Residential ManagerThe successful candidate for the Full Time Residential Manager position at The Arc Chemung-Schuyler in Elmira should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and adept problem-solving capabilities. Strong supervisory and leadership skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate, when necessary, are crucial for this role. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or related software is required.
