Were hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants excellent earning potential a predictable weekday schedule and the opportunity to provide meaningful primary care in a welcoming rural community.
Youll step into an established outpatient practice focused on comprehensive adult primary care preventive medicine and chronic disease management. Youll work alongside a supportive clinical team while enjoying clinical autonomy manageable patient volume and the option to incorporate addiction medicine into your practice.

Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM4:30 PM
Friday 8:00 AM12:00 PM
100% outpatient primary care setting
No pediatrics or obstetrics
Approximately 16 patients per day
Phone-only call coverage required
Full hospitalist service with no hospital rounding
Collaborative team of 1 physician and 3 advanced practice providers
Optional addiction medicine opportunity
Established patient-centered practice
Meditech EMR
What makes you a great fit
You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
You hold an MD or DO degree and are eligible for Maine medical licensure
Youre comfortable providing comprehensive adult primary care
You enjoy diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
You value preventive medicine continuity of care and meaningful patient relationships
You thrive in a collaborative community-focused healthcare environment
Addiction medicine experience is welcome but not required

Base salary: $245000$312000 annually
