We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated concierge internal medicine practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
This is more than an employed physician position. It is an opportunity to join a successful practice, develop meaningful relationships with an established patient community, work alongside an experienced physician, and over time, potentially become a partner and/or owner of the practice.
The goal is to provide a clear and deliberate pathway from employment to potential practice ownership, allowing the right physician to build a long-term future in a practice they can ultimately help lead and shape.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
Join an established practice with an existing patient community and a proven concierge-care model.
The anticipated structure begins with a 3-5 year employed period, providing both the physician and the existing practice owners an opportunity to establish a strong working relationship, integrate into the practice, and determine long-term mutual fit.
Physician Employee → Long-Term Practice Contributor → Potential Partner and/or Owner
Specific terms of any future partnership or ownership opportunity would be established separately and mutually agreed upon at the appropriate time.
The expected patient volume is approximately 8–10 patients per day, allowing for longer appointments, comprehensive preventive care, careful evaluation of medical concerns, and genuine physician-patient relationships.
The practice currently operates with two physicians, four medical assistants and a dedicated office manager.
No House Calls, No Hospital Rounds: This is a structured outpatient concierge practice.
