Role Description The Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent is a full-time remote role responsible for selling property and casualty insurance products to new and existing clients. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, preparing quotes, and presenting insurance solutions that align with client risk profiles. The agent will manage a pipeline of opportunities, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records within the agency’s systems. Additional responsibilities include providing responsive customer service, assisting clients with policy changes and renewals, and collaborating with internal team members and carriers to ensure a smooth client experience. The role also involves staying current on carrier offerings, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements in the states where the agency is licensed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Insurance Sales, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing skills.

• Strong Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Solid understanding of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage concepts, including policy structures, coverage options, and underwriting criteria.

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain) in one or more of the states where the agency operates.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance information in clear, accessible terms.
\n
• Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet connectivity, ability to manage time independently, and proficiency with CRM and office software tools.

• Prior experience in an independent agency or multi-carrier environment is beneficial.
\n
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical sales practices.
