What You'll Do:
Assist Installers in setting up and completing installation tasks.
Assist Sales Team in gathering HVAC Equipment Data.
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from vehicles.
Prepare job sites (laying out materials, protecting surfaces, clearing debris).
Handle basic tools (drills, screwdrivers, hammers, utility knives).
Carry, position, and measure materials (insulation, ducts, wiring, panels).
Clean up job sites after installations, disposing of waste and packaging.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in excellent condition.
Assist with residential ductwork repairs and modifications.
Support installation of fiberglass attic insulation and radiant barrier systems.
Perform duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services.
Clearly explain work performed to homeowners after installations.
Complete documentation and job reports accurately and promptly.
Follow strict company safety protocols, including proper PPE usage.
