Your expertise ensures machines are aligned, calibrated, and producing to spec. You’ll be the steady hand that keeps production moving, quality consistent, and the work environment safe and orderly.

• Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machinery with accurate alignment and calibration
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide production
• Continuously observe machine performance; apply adjustments to maintain tolerance
• Conduct routine maintenance to preserve equipment reliability
• Inspect completed parts to confirm dimensional accuracy and compliance
• Document production metrics and maintain precise records
• Work cross-functionally to refine methods and increase efficiency
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience operating CNC equipment
• Proficiency reading technical documents and prints
• Strong grasp of CNC machinery, tooling, and processes
• Comfort working independently and within a collaborative team
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and programming updates
• Availability for flexible scheduling and overtime when necessary
