Key Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service while building meaningful relationships with customers across the U.S.
• Solving Complex Inquiries: Assist customers with a variety of complex questions, from financial matters to general insurance queries.
• Guiding Decision-Making: Play a pivotal role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs.
• Collaborating and Succeeding: Support team success through daily meetings and strong cooperation.

Requirements

Education and Experience – Bilingual Customer Service Advocate

• Bachelor's Degree Ideal
• Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years preferred in customer service (Call center experience is a plus!)
• No Licensing Needed: No prior licensing or insurance experience required.
• Career Ambition: A strong desire to build and advance your career.
• Fluency: Ability to speak, read, write both in Spanish and in English
